Space Rage Noon

Sunlight is the terrain. Twelve collector stations ring the Sun at the hour positions. A relay ship sweeps the minute angle, catching the Sun's beam and bending it into the station whose hour it is — the minute hand is a power beam with a bend in it. The charge arc around the current station is the minute, read directly.

In the last minute of every hour, raiders come for the charged station. Some stations hold their light; some go dark. The ring remembers the last twelve hours' outcomes.

Displays viewer-local civil time. Cease fire pauses the battle while the clock keeps reading. Ship and station sprites by RavenmoreArt (dycha.net) under the included royalty-free license. A clock from datapoems.io/clocks/ by Luke Steuber. MIT.
