A Hexcells-style puzzle wrapped in an infinite dungeon run. Deterministic floor generation; safe, loot, and risk lanes salt the next board. Optional on-device LLM flavor text — guarded by a circuit breaker — keeps the atmosphere fresh without ever lying about the puzzle.

How privacy works. Optional LLM flavor text uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models. If unavailable, the app falls back to static flavor — puzzle truth is always deterministic, never invented.

Infinite runs

Procedurally generated hex floors with progressive difficulty. Every seed is reproducible.

Safe / Loot / Risk lanes

Pick your route at the end of every floor. Each lane salts the next board's generation.

Deterministic puzzles

Adjacency, solvability, and reveal rules are guaranteed. No guessing.

On-device flavor

Optional Apple Foundation Models supply tile descriptions and room atmosphere — circuit-broken on slow turns.

Director system

Adaptive tile descriptions react to your play style; tuned by a 12-second cooldown to keep latency invisible.

Iris.exe boot

A cyberpunk dungeon framing with a fake-OS startup. Pure dressing, skippable.

Open ?diag=1 to inspect run state, RNG seed, and LLM cache for any board.
